Their client list is global with Tier I and II communication service providers. This position is based in Richmond Hill, Ontario reporting to the Vice President Global Services. Travel will be 50-60% within North and Latin America and Europe.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Operations

Overall responsibility for high quality, timely and profitable professional services proposals, contracts/work definitions and associated customer/partner deliveries

Contract development, negotiation and commitment management of all required business agreements (prime and subcontract)

Overall responsibility for client satisfaction related to all customers/partners activities
