Associate Attorney-Auto Liability

A dynamic and leading law firm known for its excellence and innovation in legal services, is seeking a Insurance Defense/General Liability Attorney to join its Litigation practice group in the firm’s Elmsford, NY office location. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury litigation, and/ or other insurance defense matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
• Insurance Defense: auto liability or general liability experience required

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in New York
• 3+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
• Experience in personal injury litigation, and/ or other insurance defense matters. (Required)
