My client is an Elite US law firm with an impressive, ranked, Partner bench. Due to organic growth it is seeking to grow its Real Estate team at Associate level. The work is complex, strategic and high value. The client portfolio is diverse, spanning institutional investors, private equity sponsors, family offices and developers.

You will gain experience in all aspects of commercial real estate law, including:

• Real estate joint ventures
• M & A
• Capital Solutions
• Leasing arrangements
• Mixed Use Developments
