Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and prepare financial models, credit memos to support contemplated transactions primarily related to CRE, corporate/investment grade acquisitions and syndicated facilities.
• Assist senior transactors on the origination, structuring and execution of customized solutions for clients in the Americas; identify cross‑selling opportunities for other product partners.
• Support wider CRE team in the execution of transactions through working closely with Client Coverage and various support functions such as Credit, Operations, LDU (Loan Documentation Unit), LPU (Loan Processing Unit), CRC (Credit Risk Control), Legal and Compliance.
• Assume accountability for credit risk of clients and ensuring a continuous dialogue with relationship bankers (GAMs & FAMs), and relevant support areas to ensure that they are monitored and controlled.
