Responsibilities

• Coordinate the course calendar and structure with the Programme Management.
• Development and implementation of programme guidelines.
• Support professors’ assignation process together with the Area Directors.
• Gather professors’ preferences and indications.
• Plan and schedule the IE business programmes.
• Activities' analysis and solutions implementation for process optimization.
• Monitoring day-to-day scheduling changes.
• Oversee the correct course performance.
• Inform students about agendas’ adjustments.
