Requirements
15+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or sustainability advisory with strong exposure to business development or practice building
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through deal wins, pipeline creation, and account expansion in sustainability or ESG-related services
Strong techno-functional expertise with the ability to connect sustainability strategy and regulatory frameworks to technology solutions and architectures
Deep understanding of ESG domains such as regulatory reporting, GHG accounting, carbon management, green IT, sustainable infrastructure, or supply chain sustainability
Hands-on experience with ESG frameworks and standards including CSRD, TCFD, GRI, EU Taxonomy, IFRS S1/S2, and GHG Protocol (Scope 1, 2, and 3)
