(Associate) Director Global Business Development, China

This is a China-focused Search and Evaluation role as part of Sobi's Global Business Development team, which report into Sobi’s global Strategy and Corporate Development function. The role will be in Shanghai. The bulk of the role is finding new opportunities: proactively searching the Chinese biopharmaceutical ecosystem for China-originated assets, building the relationships that generate proprietary deal flow, and doing the rigorous analytical work to evaluate them. China has become one of the most active global sources of novel, clinically advanced assets available for partnering. 

It is a hands-on, analytical role: the role holder will leads evaluations, builds valuations and support due diligence, translating complex scientific, clinical and commercial data into clear investment recommendations.
