Associate Director, Mechanical Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Mechanical Engineerin g to lead complex, high-value projects and drive the continued growth of Black & White Engineering in Singapore and the wider APAC region.

This role will oversee multi-disciplinary teams delivering technically challenging projects, particularly within mission-critical environments such as data centres. You will play a key role in client engagement, project delivery, team leadership, and business development.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical engineers, overseeing all day-to-day people management responsibilities.
• Drive team performance, utilisation, and project delivery in line with business targets.
