Position Overview
**Job Description**
The **Associate Director, Omnichannel Orchestration Capability Lead** will work in collaboration with US Market stakeholders and Global support organizations to define, develop and implement new capabilities required to advance orchestration of seamless and personalized experience with customers. This individual will be the centralized business liaison accountable to drive enhancements to the data & insights, processes and technology that enable omnichannel orchestration for both US Business Units (Oncology and Specialty, Pharma & Infectious Diseases). They will be the business strategy lead for assigned capabilities including, but not limited to areas such as Omnichannel Orchestration, Salesforce, and Veeva.
