Your impact

Manage on site engineering team of 20 dealing with construction administration (AE Services during construction)

The team are responsible but not limited to the following deliverables:

Field Observations:

- Ensuring timely preparation of FORs

- Maintaining and reporting out on FOR metrics

- Categorizing FORs (severity level)

- Set up weekly walks with Client

DV - (Design Verification) including:

Maintaining the DV workflow

Maintaining and reporting out on DV metrics

• Administration:

Up to date Escalation Matrix - Workflow for field request
