• Supports corporate governance, compliance, and privacy initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to strengthen internal controls and governance standards. Experienced in governance functions, public filings, and entity management while monitoring legislative updates and regulatory developments. Provides support in researching and maintaining privacy and data protection policies, standards, and processes, collaborates with business teams to address privacy considerations aligned with business objectives, advises on regulatory compliance, and contributes to the development of public policy position papers, presentations, and related documentation.
