Position Overview


Company Overview: 

Our client is into UAE accounting & auditing as a management consulting firm.

HR – Generalist:


Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
Manage employee lifecycle activities: attendance, leave, appraisals, promotions, and payroll coordination.
Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with statutory regulations.
Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain positive employee relations.


Administration:


Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
Manage travel, logistics, and employee welfare activities.
Support compliance with statutory requirements (Labour Law, PF, ESI, etc.).
Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and audits.
