Associate – HR Shared Services

Job Description Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle (Hire to Retire) in alignment with local and regional HR policies and procedures Handle a variety of HR operational processes with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with regional guidelines Demonstrate solid understanding and execution of HR processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Respond to and resolve employee and manager inquiries using a case management tool , ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution Prepare and deliver standard HR correspondence for both internal stakeholders and external parties Collaborate with employees, line managers, and HR business partners to support HR operations across the EU region Work closely with the wider HR community, including Centers of Excellence (COEs) , to ensure cohesive and consistent service delivery Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services ...
