Associate IT Business Analyst - Drive Process & Tech Impact

Manulife Financial is seeking an Associate IT Business Analyst to identify improvement opportunities, conduct workflow analyses, prepare recommendations, and facilitate the implementation of technology solutions that meet business needs.

You will produce high-quality business requirements (BRD, Data Mapping, User Cases and User Stories), model processes, analyze gaps, and translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
