About the Role
The Associate Manager, ServiceNow Platform Developer is an individual contributor responsible for designing, coding, troubleshooting, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform. The role includes architectural changes, integrations, new module implementations, and overall platform performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM solutions, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
- Develop and configure workflows, automations, and integrations using ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric, scripting, and integration frameworks.
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance across ServiceNow and integrated enterprise systems through monitoring, troubleshooting, and audits.
