Associate Manager, Platform Support

Location: Lahore

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day CRM campaign execution across Email, SMS, and Push, including build, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch validation
• Build one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Assist in journey builds, automations, segmentation, and personalization setup
• Execute database list selection and dynamic content configurations
• Follow established QA processes to ensure accuracy, deliverability, and on-time execution
• Monitor campaigns post-deployment and flag issues or discrepancies
• Support behavioral and lifecycle-triggered programs for retention and re-engagement
• Assist with A/B tests and segmentation tests to support performance optimization
• Track channel performance metrics and contribute to reporting for Email, SMS, and Push campaigns
