Position Overview

You will be responsible for business development and managing the total business portfolio in the area East Central Visayas (Cebu, Samar‑Leyte, Bohol). You will work closely with SCJ's appointed distributor and retail partners to ensure execution of channel and brand strategies, achievement of annual sales, profit and growth goals, and distribution growth for downline accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets (sales, distribution, merchandising, and receivables) by effectively managing distributor sales teams.
  • Analyze and optimize Route‑to‑Market (RTM) strategies to improve cost efficiency and channel coverage.
  • Translate internal and external data (DIAL, SISO, Nielsen, POS, inventory, market trends) into actionable trade‑level insights and programs.
