Essential Job Functions

• Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze sales, sellthru, rate of sale, WOS, and inventory health at the item, style, and store level.
  • Develop and maintain style/colour level sales forecasts for the Canadian apparel business, submitted monthly to Finance.
  • Identify over and under performing SKUs and highlight risks and opportunities requiring action.
  • Prepare and maintain KPI reporting to support weekly and monthly business reviews.
• Inventory & Allocation Execution
  • Execute initial allocations, replenishment orders, and new store inventory setups.
  • Balance inventory weekly by store, capacity, sales trends and budgets.
  • Monitor instore and DC inventory to maintain target WOS while minimizing stockouts and excess.
