ATE Test Engineer (V93K Test Program Owner)

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer (Test program owner) with hands‑on experience in hardware/software utilized for ATE testing.

Candidate should have direct hands‑on working experience in the following modules:

• Psshorts
• Openshorts
• JTAG/I2C
• Tcct or other equivalent automated test interface
• Basic thermal setup

Experience on Advantest V93K (93K) tester SMT7/8 is required.

• Own end to end test program validation, sign off, and production release across silicon lifecycle milestones.
• Act as the single point of accountability for test program quality, readiness, and release health.
• Integrate test content across multiple IP/module owners, ensuring consistency, coverage, and regression.
• Drive PV, audit, and data compliance, closing gaps before any release.
