Position Overview
Must Have:
- 8+ years of experience in Embedded Linux with focus on audio driver development
- Strong hands-on expertise in ALSA driver development and ASo C framework
- Proficiency in C programming for Linux kernel development
- Experience with I2 S / TDM audio interfaces and audio codec integration
- Kernel debugging skills — ftrace, kgdb, GDB, JTAG
- Board bring-up experience on ARM/So C-based embedded platforms
Audio-Specific Skills:
- Experience with ADI (Analog Devices) or Cirrus Logic audio codecs
- Audio playback and capture pipeline development and validation
- Familiarity with Audacity or similar audio analysis tools
Good to Have:
- Experience with Audio DSP firmware integration
- Prior exposure to Automotive Audio Systems or IVI platforms
- Open-source kernel contributions or upstream patches
