Automotive Infotainment Technical Head

This is a remote position. The R&D Director will take full ownership of the Germany R&D centers overall operation, technology roadmap, team management and OEM technical communication. The role covers intelligent central control displays, ceiling passenger displays, full cockpit systems, automotive IoT and consumer electronic products. You will build a localized European R&D system, meet German OEM technical and quality standards, and drive overseas business expansion and technological innovation. Key Responsibilities 1. Formulate 35 years technical roadmap aligned with BMW and Mercedes-Benz next-generation vehicle platforms, lead pre-research of automotive display, smart cockpit and IoT platform technologies, and promote cross-category technology reuse. 2.
