Experienced Contact Centre Advisors (Outbound Sales)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive customer experience business that is looking for Contact Centre Advisors on a temporary basis.

The role includes:

* Making outbound calls to generate vehicle sales leads

* Booking appointments for dealership clients

* Handling inbound customer enquiries

* Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys

* Delivering a great experience on every customer interaction

We’re looking for people who:

* Have experience in outbound calling, sales, or a target-driven contact centre environment

* Are comfortable working towards KPIs and achieving performance targets

* Enjoy building rapport and having engaging conversations

* Are motivated by results and delivering great customer experiences
