We are seeking an experienced Avionics Manager to lead engineering teams responsible for designing, building, testing, and certifying a variety of electronic systems such as air data, displays, communication, navigation, and surveillance. The role involves developing and executing project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures, setting operational goals, and acquiring financial and technical resources. The manager will mentor, develop, and motivate direct reports while fostering process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance.
