This role is not just about writing code—you will be playing a crucial role in developing cutting‑edge next generation contact centers leveraging Artificial Intelligence as part of the solution. You’ll play a key role in architecting, optimizing, and managing advanced contact center solutions while working closely with cross‑functional teams.
