The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT), Axway Secure Transport, production support, troubleshooting, and secure partner connectivity management.
The role involves supporting business-critical file transfers, managing incidents, coordinating with infrastructure teams, and ensuring high platform availability.
