Position Overview

Atmosera is looking for a skilled Cloud Desktop Support Technician to join their Azure Managed Services team. This role is customer-facing, and you will be responsible for technical escalations and mentoring junior team members.

The position requires experience with Azure, system administration, networking, and automation tools. The ideal candidate should have proven troubleshooting skills and the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Remote work is possible, with 3rd shift hours covering Sunday to Wednesday.
