Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive who will handle corporate and project-based clients for high-rise developments such as condominiums, offices, and hotels. The role focuses on generating sales, managing client relationships, and delivering customized furniture solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new B2B clients (developers, contractors, architects, designers)
  • Manage high-rise project accounts from inquiry to closing
  • Present and recommend furniture products and solutions based on client needs
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and showroom presentations
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals
