Role Overview

Looking for a BA Scrum hybrid to support the data squad, bringing structure, improving agile maturity, and stepping into business analysis responsibilities when needed. This is a hands‑on delivery role for someone comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping organise a less mature squad environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support agile delivery for the data squad.
  • Drive structure and improve team delivery discipline.
  • Step in as a BA where requirements are not sufficiently detailed for developers.
  • Work with the Product Owner to refine requirements into development‑ready inputs.
  • Bring practical agile ways of working into a lower‑maturity data environment.
  • Stay hands‑on with day‑to‑day delivery rather than limiting involvement to coaching.
