Looking for BA / Scrum hybrid to support the data squad, someone who can bring structure, improve agile maturity, and step into business analysis responsibilities when needed. This is a hands‑on delivery role for someone comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping organise a less mature squad environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Support agile delivery for the data squad
  • Drive structure and improve team delivery discipline
  • Step in as a BA where requirements are not sufficiently detailed for developers
  • Work with the Product Owner to refine requirements into development-ready inputs
