Back End Developer

Overview

We are looking for a Back End Developer to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Proficiency in either Python and/or JavaScript
• Ability to use at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) to solve coding problems (think LeetCode, HackerRank, etc) and explain how your solution solves the problem
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level) or similar strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
