Back-Office Operations Lead KPI & Data-Driven

Evercrest Homes is looking for a Back-Office Operations Manager in Medellín, Colombia. The ideal candidate will develop daily operation objectives, supervise performance, and ensure productivity through effective resource planning.

This role requires proven management experience in BPO or Call Center settings, excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Word and Excel. A high school diploma is required; higher education is preferred.
