 Automation tasks  
 Operating Systems: Linux and Windows  
 Oracle knowledge applied to backup (using RMAN for backup/restore of Oracle instances) 
 Backup Agent knowledge (Oracle, SQL, MySQL, SAP and DB2) 
 Shell/batch scripting
