Join Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise as a Baker and showcase your baking skills in the stunning Canadian Rockies. This role focuses on preparing and baking a variety of items for our menu and catered events.
As part of the culinary team at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, you will be responsible for creating delectable bakery items while adhering to standardized recipes for consistency. Your expertise in mixing techniques for breads, sponges, and mousses, along with your ability to work with minimal supervision, will ensure that our guests enjoy exquisite baked goods. Additionally, you may oversee your station's basic operations in the absence of the Chef De Partie.
