Position Overview
Job Functions:
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company, accredited brokers, and bank partners for policy issuance
and servicing.
• Review policy applications and coordinate policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Partner with bank Relationship Managers (RM) to promote insurance solutions, prepare proposals and
quotations, and support client acquisition.
• Provide product guidance, respond to client inquiries, and deliver after-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branches and financial institution partners to drive
business growth.
• Onboard and train bank partners on insurance products, processes, and referral programs.
• Conduct branch visits, product presentations, and engagement activities to increase referrals and sales.
