  Band 5 Occupational Therapist 
 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced band 6  Occupational Therapist  to join the team at one of the NHS Trust in South East.  Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs.
 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery, independence, and well-being.
 Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals.
