Band 6 Podiatrist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join the Gateshead Podiatry Service. The successful applicant will work within Gateshead, providing care to patients in a variety of settings. This role has a focus on assessment and treatment of patients using therapeutic reasoning and clinical skills.

We are looking for someone with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills. Previous experience of working in the NHS and the use of EMIS patient record systems would also be desirable. We do provide an induction and ongoing support process to ensure clinicians meet the high standards expected from this service. As this is a community based post, successful applicants must have the means and ability to travel across the whole of Gateshead independently to fulfil the needs of this role.
