Position Overview
Job summary
This is a key strategic and operational role ensuring site integrity is maintained in relation to both capacity management and quality and safety. The post holder will be required to work across all Clinical Delivery Groups to oversee improvement projects where themes are identified as affecting patient care within the hospital site. The post holder will provide visible leadership and ensure the delivery of agreed objectives and plans.
The post holder will work in partnership with Clinical Delivery Group and Hospital Teams to achieve all relevant local and national targets and standards working within the Trust's governance, safety, quality, performance and risk framework and the current regulatory framework. The post holder will be expected to contribute to and lead the formulation, implementation and evaluation of a wide range of national and local initiatives related to patient flow.
