Position Overview

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisor for one of our well established clients based in Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry.

The Bar & Restaurant Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years+ Experience as a Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager in a high-volume environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent knowledge of bar operations, stock control, and health and safety regulations.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Passionate about providing top-tier customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
