Barista/cashier/waiter

Responsibilities

• Coffee Knowledge: Being knowledgeable about different coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods and educating customers about the products.
• Customer Service: Providing friendly, efficient service and handling transactions.
• Order Taking: Greeting customers, presenting menus, answering questions about menu items (including ingredients and preparations), and accurately recording food and drink orders.
• Guest Experience: Checking on diners throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or requests promptly.
• Settling Bills: Presenting the check and processing payments (cash or credit card).

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
