Our client based in Franschhoek is looking for a Barman join their team. You are responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring an outstanding guest experience in line with company standards. This role requires a passion for hospitality, extensive knowledge of beverages and cocktails, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards. Main Responsibilities: Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times and greet all guests warmly and professionally in accordance with the company standards. Understand the sequence of service and anticipate guest needs. Handle guest complaints and comments professionally, escalating to the Restaurant Manager / Manager on Duty when necessary. Have comprehensive knowledge of the menu and wine list, making informed recommendations. Ensure prompt and accurate service of drinks to pool and restaurant guests.
