Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Handle luggages of guests arriving and departing the hotel
- Facilities orientation for newly arrived guests, delivery of mails/ parcels
- Providing directions, taxi assistance and ensure smooth traffic at the hotel’s driveway
- Assist to provide Concierge services when needed
- Able to handle the task as required by the job description.
- Service oriented.
- Need to commit 5 days work week and 9.5 hours a day.
- Able to work 03 rotating shifts.
