The BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) is responsible for the execution and lifecycle support of large‑scale battery energy storage projects after the project is secured by the sales and presales teams.


The role manages the technical delivery, commissioning, and operational & maintenance support of utility‑scale BESS projects, working closely with EPC contractors, grid operators, and project stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities



  1. Project Handover from Sales / Presales

    • Take over BESS projects from the sales and presales teams after contract signing.

    • Review technical proposals, system configurations, and service scope.

    • Confirm system design and project requirements with internal teams and customers including: System design, Grid requirements, Performance guarantees, Project schedules, etc.
