Position Overview

TRADE – Boston’s Highly Awarded, Best Mediterranean Restaurant, is seeking a passionate, organized and focused Beverage Manager to join our Hospitality Group. You will focus on Bar Service, Cocktail Service (creation, consistency and appeal) and must have the highest standards. This is a full-time, salaried position. In addition to a track record of excellent performance, building relationships, and managing high performing teams you will need a willingness to learn, to adapt and a positive attitude.
3 – 5 Years of consistent restaurant management experience required for consideration. Strong preference for candidates who have worked in High volume, high revenue settings (8+ Million). A deep familiarity with Greek culture and cuisine is a plus.
