We’re partnering with a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organisation to appoint an experienced Public Sector Bid & Deal Director on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a high‑impact opportunity to lead and secure major public sector wins within the Customer Service / CX space.

The Role

As Bid & Deal Director, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end bid strategy, development, and execution for complex, large‑scale public sector opportunities. You’ll play a critical role in shaping winning solutions, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.
