Position Overview
Teleperformance is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in Malaysia who will be responsible for analyzing recorded conversations, making strategic recommendations, and monitoring performance in a call center environment. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma, at least 1 year of QA experience, and proficiency in both Mandarin and English. This role requires working on rotational shifts and the ability to start immediately is preferred.
