In this pivotal role, you’ll own the full contract lifecycle, leading negotiations for MSAs, SOWs, and rate cards. Collaborating with Account Managers, you ensure commercially favorable terms while maintaining positive client relationships. Your expertise will be sought after from proposal to execution, under the guidance of Procom’s General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead negotiations for MSAs, SOWs, and rate cards
• Manage contract lifecycle from introductions to execution
