Bilingual CPA: Accountant & Statutory Auditor

Strategic Properties is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Accountant & Statutory Auditor to manage financial, tax, and payroll processes in Colombia. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish for effective communication with corporate teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with tax laws, managing payroll for 35-40 employees, and generating financial reports.
