Bilingual Global Onboarding Specialist – Mandarin/English

Teleperformance in Malaysia seeks an Onboarding Analyst responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring an excellent user experience. The candidate will assist clients from sign-up to their first transaction, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while providing outstanding support.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding or customer success and possesses strong communication skills in Mandarin and English. Flexibility for rotating shifts, including weekends, is also required.
