Position Overview
Join Graymont as a bilingual Retirement Plans Supervisor to manage Canadian and US employee pension programs in a hybrid work model. Engage with third-party consultants while supporting the Total Rewards team.
This role reports to the Director of Total Rewards and can be based in Richmond, BC or Brossard, QC. You will administer defined benefit and contribution plans, create retirement education materials, and manage invoices for contributions. A solid understanding of retirement legislation in Canada and the US is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer retirement programs for all employees
• Manage relationships with retirement consultants and trustees
• Develop and deliver retirement education to employees
• Reconcile monthly invoices and contribution remittances
• Maintain personnel and pension files accurately
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or HR Management
• Minimum 2 years of retirement experience
