Randstad Sourceright has an opportunity for a Bilingual Talent Delivery Manager to join one of our prestigious clients. 100% virtual role for someone based in Canada.
In this role, you will develop recruiting strategies necessary to meet the client’s current and forecasted staffing needs. You will monitor and assist account staff in a matrix-based environment to ensure the client’s staffing requirements are met and develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and develop relationships with clients.
- Provide innovative solutions to solve client needs.
- Overall influence to the account P&L and expenses.
- Monitor account activities and reporting to ensure compliance.
- Ensure teams are meeting or exceeding SLAs.
- Provide leadership through coaching and mentoring your team.
- Travel within Canada & the United States.
